Camlock DN 40 (1 1/2”) Aluminium Coupling Rp 1 1/2” Female Thread Type D MIL-C-27487

Aluminium DN 40 (1 1/2 inch) Camlock coupling socket with Rp 1 1/2 inch female thread. This coupling is a Type D coupling (straight socket with female threaded end). The maximum operating pressure is 18 bar (261 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -10 to 80 °C (14 to 176 °F). It has an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal. The coupling adheres to the MIL-C-27487 standard.

The coupling requires two parts: the socket (female) and the plug or adapter (male part). To connect the Camlock coupling, insert the plug (adapter) into the socket and press the levers down. To disconnect, lift both levers and pull out the plug.
