Camlock DN 60 (2 1/2”) Stainless Steel Safety Coupling Hose Pillar (63 mm) Type C MIL-C-27487

Stainless steel DN 60 (2 1/2 inch) Camlock coupling socket with 63 mm hose pillar. This coupling is a Type C coupling (straight socket with hose barb end). The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar (232 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -10 to 80 °C (14 to 176 °F). It has an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal. The coupling adheres to the MIL-C-27487 standard.

The coupling requires two parts: the socket (female) and the plug or adapter (male part). To connect the Camlock coupling, insert the plug (adapter) into the socket and press the levers down. To disconnect, lift both levers and pull out the plug.
