Designed with hobbyists and novice welders in mind, the Eastwood MIG 90 is perfect for light repair and fabrication projects. Operating on standard 120V household power, it’s capable of welding steel up to 1/8-in thick, making it ideal for sheet metal. Choose from MIG (requires shielding gas, not included) or gasless flux-core welding operation.
Unlike many of its direct competitors, the MIG 90 is equipped with all the accessories you need to start MIG welding as soon as you open the box. Included with the welder are a gas regulator and hose, a MIG torch with nozzle and 0.023-in. contact tip, an 8-ft ground cable, additional contact tips (0.023-in. and 0.030-in.), a welding brush/hammer, and more. Just connect your own gas bottle and you’re off and welding. If you prefer to run without gas, the MIG 90 also doubles as a flux welder. Simply replace the MIG wire with flux-core wire.
The MIG 90 uses commonly available consumables, including a Tweco-style torch, making it easy to pick up replacement tips and nozzles at virtually any welding supply shop anywhere. Of course, Eastwood always stocks a full selection of replacement parts and consumables as well.
