The HotCoat 100kV Powder Coating System draws on Eastwood’s 25 years of experience in the DIY powder coating market to provide a high-performance powder coating system for your small business or home shop.
A clean-sheet design capable of applying up to 100,000 volts of electrostatic charge, the HotCoat kV100 was designed for multi-coat applications to deliver the ultimate in appearance and durability. It starts with a robust electronic packages that includes gel-packed circuits for greater precision and stability.
A larger-diameter emitter results in improved powder charging compared to previous high-voltage HotCoat guns, essential to a consistent finish when applying multiple coats. A redesigned fan pattern ensures easier, more complete application of powder on complex shapes and surfaces.
Control unit features separate controls for both current AND voltage, giving you infinite adjusatbility over the application. Three distinct pneumatic controls let you dial in gun pressure and fluidizing flow as well as allow for powder dosing when you need a little extra flow.
Convenient features include an ergonomically designed trigger to reduce hand fatigue and an integrated LED light that illuminates your work zone as you spray. A standard 2-lb powder hopper is included, giving you added capacity for larger products or making for quick, easy changeovers between colors.
