This O-ring has a 5.5 mm internal diameter and a 1.5 mm thick cord.

EPDM O-rings have good ozone and ageing resistance. It is the standard for hot water and steam. It has good resistance to many solvents, acids and ester-based hydraulic fluids. It is not resistant to vegetable, animal and mineral oils.

Pros:

• Suitable for temperatures from -45 to 130°C (-49 to 266°F)
• Very suitable for water, steam, ketones, alcohols, brake fluids, acids/alkalis in low concentrations
