This O-ring has a 12.5 mm internal diameter and a 1 mm thick cord.

FKM is a high performance compound and is resistant to many high temperature chemicals. It is suitable for vacuum applications and resistant to oils, grease and fuels.

Pros:

• Good resistance to oils and solvents such as aliphatic, aromatic and halocarbons, acids, animal and vegetable oils
• Suitable for temperatures from -15 to 200°C (5 to 392°F)
• Good mechanical properties, resistant to compression set

Cons:

• Poor resistance to hot water and steam
• Unsuitable for polar solvents, certain esters and ethers, glycol based brake fluid
