G1/8” Internal Profiled Seal Copper for Pressure Gauge [10 Pieces]

This copper sealing ring is typically used as a mechanical seal between a pressure gauge and mating surface to prevent leakage. They are often times considered gaskets. It is meant for connection sizes of G 1/8 inch. It has an internal diameter of 4.1 mm, outer diameter of 8 mm, and a height of 2,7 mm. It is a profile seal, meaning it has the advantage to turn an additional 1/2 or full rotation after a proper seal has been made. This allows for the correct orientation of the pressure gauge readout. Pros:

• Allows for a proper seal between the pressure gauge and mounting surface
• It is a profile seal, meaning it has the advantage to turn an additional 1/2 or full rotation after a proper seal has been made for the correct orientation of the pressure gauge readout

Cons:

• Can only be used once and when uninstalled it requires a new seal to be used to ensure proper sealage

MW-S series

The ML-S seal series it ideally used as a mechanical seal (gasket) between a pressure gauge and the mating surface to prevent any leakage. Designed for G 1/4, G 3/8, or G 1/2 inch connections. Profile seals (internally or externally centered) or flat seals are available. Profile seals are recommended to allow for extra rotation for proper gauge readout orientation.
