Includes 1 year of support and product upgrades on all JPRO Fleet Products and a 1 year warranty on the DLA+ and cables. Panasonic honors a 3 year warranty. An additional 2 year warranty is available for an additional fee on the DLA+ and cables. OEM Software is available with the purchase of any JPRO Fleet Service Kit.
