The high-dielectric white inner layer is a thick, exceptionally tough base coating which is bonded to the tool. The outer layer is a flame-resistant, bright orange color. All Klein insulated tools comply with the IEC 60900 and ASTMF 1505 standards for insulated tools. The 11045INS Insulated Wire / Stripper Cutter will strip and cut 10-18 AWG solid wire. The Wire Stripper also has holes for easily looping and bending wire. The D203-8INS 8in. Insulated Long-Nose Side Cutting Pliers have a unique slim head for working in confined areas.
