Makita offers additional accessories for this cordless mower, including the Mulching Plug (191D46-2). The Mulching Plug is used to block the grass clippings exit channel. This allows for freshly cut grass to be cut into smaller pieces and deposited in the lawn as fertilizer. The Mulching Plug installs easily for user convenience.
