NBR Design AO Rotary Shaft Seal 20x28x4.5mm [10 Pieces]

This rotary shaft seal has an internal diameter of 20 mm, an external diameter of 28 mm and a 4.5 mm width. It is used to seal rotating machine components.

This seal consists of an NBR ring with a reinforcement plate. It is designed without the worm spring, intended for minor sealing cases only. Suitable for a shaft circumferential speed of up to 14 m/s.

Changing the seal frequently prevents damage to the housing hole. The seal must be assembled according to DIN 3760 to function optimally.

Pros:

• Suitable for temperatures from -30 to 100°C (-22 to 212°F)
• There is no frictional corrosion thanks to the rubber-elastic jacket

Cons:

• Designed only for minor sealing cases
