This cap and plug is designed to protect male threads, female threads or pipes against contamination and damage. It is suitable as a cap for M45 male threads (all pitches). It can also be a plug for female G 1-1/2″ and Rp 1-1/2″ threads and standard M52 female threads. You can also use it to plug fine M48x1.5, M48x2, M48x3 and M50x3 female threads. Suitable for temperatures from -30 to 70°C (-22 to 158°F), temporarily max 90°C (194°F).
