Rust-Oleum Moisture Stop penetrates into concrete and reacts with the free calcium and water to form a gel in cracks, pores and capillaries to protect against the ingress of water and contaminants.
This allows surfaces that were previously uncoatable, due to moisture, to be coated.

Always test for moisture prior to applying a coating. Perform the moisture test again after using Moisture Stop for concrete.
